Confucius Institute at National University of Mongolia(Mongolia)

Background Introduction：On April 26, 2006, the signature ceremony on The Letter of Intent on Establishing Confucius Institute between the Office of Chinese Language Council International and National University of Mongolia was held at the National University of Mongolia. This will be the first Confucius institute to be set up in Mongolia Future Development：This institute will surely benefit Mongolians who are interested in the Chinese language and culture, meet the needs of all circles of people to help them learn more about China in Ulan Bator Area. The Confucius Institute here will provide Chinese courses, Chinese teacher training programs, Chinese language and Culture studies programs, cultural activities In local community and other programs and Services.  Through characteristic teaching and cultural activities, the institute will surely promote the Chinese teaching in local area and contribute to the educational, cultural and commercial exchange between the two nations.
