Ér qiě hái shì yī zuò liǎng bǎi duō nián qián de lǎo fáng zi ne。
而 且 还  是 一座    两    百   多   年    前   的  老 房   子呢。
and an old house built more than 200 years ago.

Tā men yǒu zhe yī duàn qū zhé de lì shǐ。
他  们   有  着 一 段    曲 折 的历 史。
They had a complicated period of history. 

Zhè me ān quán de fáng zi,  kě shǐ lǐ miàn de jū mín gāo zhěn wú yōu。
 这  么  安    全    的 房  子，可 使里 面  的 居 民  高    枕    无  忧。
Such a secure home could make the residents here feel safe and free from worry.
